A ‘close’ talk with friends or whispering is never indulged by people suffering from bad breath. This is because they are unable to do so without the risk of bringing the person they are talking to down on their knees with their foul mouth odor. In most cases, they can freely open their mouth only when they are alone, so that they can be an embarrassment only to themselves. To get rid of this odor they find it more feasible to carry a mouthwash with them always. However, this doesn’t treat the problem because as soon as the mouthwash loses the effect, the stinky breath returns.

The trick is to treat the cause rather than the problem. Once the cause is gone, there won’t be any problem. Most bad breath occurs because of the food you eat or because of some kind of infection in the mouth. Certain foods leave an odor in the mouth or cause certain medical conditions in the stomach that gives rise to bad breath. Eliminating these foods is one good way to get rid of bad odor.
