It is advisable to apply aloe vera gel on a daily basis for at least ten minutes in order to cure whiteheads.
Water
Water can be considered as one of the most effective remedies for the treatment of whiteheads.
Regular consumption of water can help in reducing whiteheads. It is important to regularly wash the affected area water in order to deal with the problem of whiteheads.
Egg And Honey
A mixture of one egg (white content of egg) and honey (one spoon) can be applied on the affected area in order to treat whiteheads.
Remedies For Whiteheads
It is advisable to wait for at least twenty minutes before removing the mixture with water.
Baking Soda
- A thick paste created with the use of baking soda (three to four spoons) and water can be applied on the affected area for the treatment of whiteheads.
- It is important to note that paste should be removed with water only after a minimum period of fifteen to twenty minutes.
Lemon Slices
- Lemon slices can be directly rubbed on the affected area to treat whiteheads.
- In order to obtain best results, it is advisable to use lemon slices for at least two to three times in a day.
Application of a mix of sandalwood powder and rose water on a daily basis (minimum twenty minutes) can be considered as an effective remedy for the treatment of whiteheads.
Tomato
- Application of tomato pulp can also be considered as another home remedy for the treatment of whiteheads.
- However, it is important to note that tomato pulp should not be applied for a very long period as the acidic composition of tomato may harm the skin.
Garlic
- Preparation and consumption of food items with garlic as one of the ingredients can also help in reducing whiteheads. An individual can also chew two to three small pieces of garlic in order to treat whiteheads.
- In case it is not possible to consume raw garlic, an individual can also apply garlic paste (prepared with the use of crushed garlic) on the affected area. Fresh piece of garlic can also be rubbed in order to cure whiteheads.
Potatoes
Regular application of grated potatoes can also help in reducing whiteheads.
